The goal of our interview is to understand whether the person can actually do the job in a suitable way and whether they have the skills and experience required by our clients.

We have signed partnerships with various training establishments such as the College of Central London, Capital City College, etc. and recruitment companies / agencies (CVLabrary, Indeed and Total job) for our staff recruitment and training purposes.

We use five modes to attract, recruit, train and develop our staff.



1 - First mode of recruitment

We have developed the above application called Infinity Bravo to connect companies with their potential employees. This app is not a recruitment company, but we are here to support the services of other companies and in the meantime, we may use the app as a source for people looking for a permanent position, in which we select certain users for employment on a permanent basis.

That's why we also act as a UK company of record, to provide companies with temporary and seasonal workers for their temporary security work, facilities assistants, receptionist/receptionist, property and construction work, kitchen assistants, kitchen and hotel porters, registered nurse, concierge, cleaning work, support worker, care assistant, hospitality /catering assistant, waiters/waitresses, logistical support (input/output of goods, post room), etc.

2 - Second mode of recruitment

We work in collaboration with job centres to provide us with jobseekers receiving jobseekers allowances who wish to work in the security industry. We train these people through our affiliate training partners (we have chosen to keep their names silent so as not to advertise) for 4 weeks. This training includes a course on employability (2 weeks), customer service (1 week), and training on manned security (1 week). After that, those who have succeeded will apply for their SIA security card, which can take 2–6 weeks. We take up to 3 months to provide well-trained security personnel. It will depend on the length of the contract, the number of security guards you need, and when you want the contract to start. This means that if you give us enough time, we will train people who match your business aspirations and who are able to provide excellent service

3 - Third mode of recruitment

If you need staff for an immediate start, in a week or two. We will use our network recruitment process. We will contact different recruiting companies with which we work in partnership, to tell them that we have a role to offer. Recruitment agencies will then: 1) Consult their current database to find suitable candidates. 2) Post the job online to find candidates with the right skills.

4 - Fourth mode of recruitment

Create job postings that reflect our business and position using social media, and also work with job centres to find people with the skills and experience our clients need. We will pre-screen and then request face-to-face interviews to select the right people for your job.

5 - Fifth mode of recruitment

We will also consider using employee referral programs to recruit new employees for our business.

We deeply understand that our current team (hard-working, qualified and competent of course) is perfectly placed to recommend employees who look like them because they are on the front line every day, they really know our company, our culture, and the industry and so, what type of person we need.
